Wilkes County Schools has transitioned to DragonFly Max for athletic participation forms. Family ID will no longer be used. Please follow these instructions carefully to set up your account for the 2025-2026 season.

Registration Steps

Visit dragonflymax.com and click the “Log in/Sign up” button.

Click “Sign up for Free” then follow the prompts to create your Parent account using your personal email.
Note: Do not use your child’s name for the initial account setup.

Verify your account using the ID sent to your email address.

Click “Connect to your School”, select “Parent” as your role, and choose “North Carolina”.

Search for “Wilkes Central High School” and click “Join” to request access.

Click “Set up your children” to add your student-athlete and begin filling out forms.
Important: Physical Exam Forms
When completing the NCHSAA PPE Health History, Physical Examination, and Medical Eligibility forms:
You MUST upload a copy of your child’s sports physical for each form.
Please DO NOT select the “fill out electronically” option for these specific documents.
